  • Provide the services you request

  • Provide you with information about products and services we believe will be helpful to you

Information We Share with Others:  We only provide information to 3rd parties for the purposes of completing your order, such as credit card processing and shipping information if necessary.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Most items are shipped within 24-48 hours. All orders are shipped ground via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail unless dimensions and or weight require LTL Truck. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes via UPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We do not ship to FPO/APO, or Internationally. Shipping rates including free shipping when it applies are to the lower 48 states only. For all Hawaii and Alaska rates you may email us for a shipping quote prior to ordering. If a package is returned to us due to a non delivery, you are responsible for any extra shipping charges incurred. We do not refund due to shipping errors on behalf of the purchaser. If an order is refused you will be liable for the cost of product and any and all shipping charges. Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express at this time
 

RETURNS

Return Policy – You can return most products within 30 days after delivery date. Please see below conditions. To initiate a return fill out a Return Goods Authorization form by clicking here. Cancellation Policy – Once the product has shipped you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Cancellations must be confirmed with the warehouse before you get a confirmation, so please contact us to start your cancellation. If you refuse the package on delivery you will be responsible for all shipping, handling and restocking fees.

We can not accept returns on these items: Replacement Parts, Smart Pool and Swimline Products, Chemicals (pool paint or anything using gas/oil), Pool Cleaners, Heaters, Electrical items (lights, timers, etc.), Pumps and Filters (once used), Inter-fab items,SR Smith items, and any custom ordered items. If the item is damaged/defective we will send replacement and pick up defective item.

Restocking Fees for Returns
Star-Pool.com will assess a 20% restocking fee for all returned merchandise, provided it is unopened and in perfect retail condition, and ready for subsequent resale.
Items returned that are not in retail condition may be rejected and sent back to you, postage COD, or, at the exclusive option of Star-Pool.com, may be assessed a 50% restocking fee. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days, from the date of issue, to show up on your account. We will give no refunds nor credits for returns that arrive more than 30 days from the date of our shipment to you.  We do not refund any shipping charges.

RMA - Return of Merchanise Authorization
You MUST be issued an RMA Number to return an item to us for a refund.  Please ensure the RMA # is clearly visible on the package.  Return shipments arriving without and RMA will be refused and returned.

PRICE CHANGES

Any price, specification, or special offer on our website or in our catalog is subject to change without notice. We hope to keep the prices as printed in our current catalog until the next catalog is printed. Sale prices in the catalog or web site may be withdrawn at any time.
 

SALES TAX

Orders shipping to the state of Florida will incur a 7% Sales tax.

WARRANTY

All items are new with full manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. Manufacturers handle all warranty-related issues. Buyer pays all shipping costs to return the warranty item to the manufacturer. Star-Pool.com is not responsible for warranty claims. If Star-Pool.com does handle a warranty issue the product must be returned first before another one is sent out unless the customer wishes to put the cost on a major credit card and then once the warranty product is received back to the warehouse then the amount will be refunded, minus shipping charges, as long as it is a true warranty issue.
